Our third day in Paris was gorgeously sunny, although quite windy (as you can tell from the photos), so we woke up early and headed to Bastille market. I love going to markets in other countries and seeing the different food stalls they have to offer. I was shocked at how amazing all the food looked and wished I had an apartment in Paris so I could cook up a feast. They even had a juice stall where you could choose the ingredients for your own juice. The juice was so delicious that as soon as we got back home to Portugal we ordered a juicer which should arrive tomorrow!
We then got the metro to Champs-Elysées Clemenceau and carried on being tourists. We walked around the Grand Palais and all the way up the Avenue des Champs Élysées where we went into a few shops including Louis Vuitton and Ladurée. I am a huge macaron fan anyway but at Ladurée Orange Blossom and Rose were my absolute favourites. We then went back to the hotel to change as it was really hot that day and we were not feeling au so fresh (excuse the pun, I was wearing Marc Jacobs). On the way to dinner we stopped off at Trocaderó to take some generic Eiffel Tower snaps, because it was such a nice day the view was amazing and we took some gorgeous couple pics!
Finally we had dinner at this cute little restaurant behind Dupleix station. I ordered the beef bourguignon again and my boyfriend had the steak tar tar. This was another amazing meal and the atmosphere in the restaurant was so nice, the staff were super friendly and there was fun in the air. We had a perfect last night in Paris and may or may not have got a little bit tipsy!
